Terms of Service

Effective March 16, 2026

1. What You Are Purchasing

Texas Business Grants offers a one-time screening report for $49. When you complete the intake questionnaire and pay, we match the business information you provide against published criteria for 150+ Texas grant and incentive programs and deliver a citation-backed report identifying programs that may be relevant to your business.

The report is a screening tool. It does not include:

  • Legal advice or tax advice
  • Application preparation, writing, or submission services
  • Guarantees of eligibility, approval, funding, award amount, or timing
  • Direct communication with any government agency on your behalf

Final eligibility and funding decisions are always made by the issuing agency, not by us.

2. Eligibility to Use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to submit business information and make a purchase on behalf of yourself or your business. The service is available to businesses operating in the United States.

3. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Your screening results depend on what you submit and on the published program criteria available at the time of your report.

You should always verify any program requirement, deadline, or application rule directly with the issuing agency before applying.

4. No Guarantee of Funding or Eligibility

A report indicating that a program appears relevant or may fit your business profile does not mean you are approved, guaranteed to qualify, or guaranteed to receive funding. Programs may apply additional requirements, documentation, scoring, availability limits, or discretionary review that are outside our control.

We screen against published criteria and cite our sources. We do not make funding decisions and cannot predict agency outcomes.

5. Payments

The report costs $49 (one-time), charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if your report returns fewer than 5 matched programs. For full details, see our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. What We Collect and What We Don't

To generate your report, we collect the business profile information you provide in the intake questionnaire (such as location, industry, entity type, employee count, revenue range, and certifications) and the email address you use to purchase and receive your report.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank account details, or financial statements. We never need that information to screen your business.

For full details on how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Your Report and Intellectual Property

The report you purchase is for your internal business evaluation. You may share it with your own advisors, accountants, or team members, but you may not resell, redistribute, or publish reports.

The service, site content, workflows, and report formatting are owned by Texas Business Grants or its licensors. Public-source materials and agency content cited in reports remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Submit false or unauthorized business information
  • Scrape, copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service or reports
  • Use the service to send spam, abuse support channels, or interfere with platform operations
  • Misrepresent the service output as legal, tax, or official agency advice

10. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue part of the service as needed for maintenance, quality improvements, compliance, source changes, fraud prevention, or business reasons. Because our screening depends on changing public-program information, the programs available in reports may change over time.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular funding outcome.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Texas Business Grants and its affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
