How VRS Employer Services Work
VRS prepares individuals with disabilities for employment through skills training, education, assistive technology, and job readiness services. Employer partners access a pipeline of motivated, trained workers and receive support services including job analysis, workplace accommodation consultation, and on-the-job training funding.

- Pre-screened workers: VRS clients complete job readiness training before placement
